ABOUT THE WOODEN DECORATIONS:
You are getting a unique decoration! The grains and textures of the natural Birch Plywood material used means that the colour, grain, and texture of each decoration will be slightly different from the next making your one truly unique!

Eco-friendly manufacturing: Digitally printed on responsibly sourced European Birch Plywood, the UK manufacturer that produces these for me sources fast-growing woods from ethical suppliers. They focus on using environmentally friendly materials, whilst actively funding responsible woodland management schemes too!

These 'flaws' are deemed acceptable because they don’t impact the visual or use of the decoration and the decoration remains of a very high quality. Whilst each decoration is inspected carefully prior to sending, please be aware, wooden decorations may contain tiny imperfections which are not deemed refundable. It just makes every decoration unique and of its own character and journey :)

Slight colour variations can occur due to screen displays. Refunds will not be given for this.

Shipping

When you order a product from the SDX online shop, the seller themselves will package and ship the product directly to you (we do not ship products from the SDX stores).

For international orders, the customer s responsible for any taxes or duties that are due to be paid upon receiving their order.

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us at online@sdx.scot to arrange your refund.
