Shipping policy

When you order a product from the SDX online shop, the artists themselves will package and ship the product directly to you (we do not ship products from the SDX stores). The artists have 3-5 business days after your order to send you the products.

* As we operate as a marketplace, our sellers/artists/makers may have their own individual shipping in place for their shop fronts, please take the time to review these before making a purchase
