When you order a product from the SDX online shop, the artists themselves will package and ship the product directly to you (we do not ship products from the SDX stores). The artists have 3-5 business days after your order to send you the products.
If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us to arrange your refund.
Please note that because the artists themselves will be filling your order (not the staff at SDX), we will be passing on your address and contact information directly to the artist.
