When you order a product from the SDX online shop, the seller themselves will package and ship the product directly to you (we do not ship products from the SDX stores).

For international orders, the customer s responsible for any taxes or duties that are due to be paid upon receiving their order.

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us at online@sdx.scot to arrange your refund.

We have informed the seller that they cannot retain this information after filling your order, in respect to GDPR requirements.
