A photo or several is required of your pet and let the artist know of anything you would like included in the piece. 

Timeline for completion is one week and about 2 days for delivery. Artist will keep you updated with the piece and send a photo once near completion, to ensure you are happy with it before it s posted!

Shipping

When you order a product from the SDX online shop, the seller themselves will package and ship the product directly to you (we do not ship products from the SDX stores).

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us at online@sdx.scot to arrange your refund.
