If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your refund.
Please note that because the sellers themselves will be fulfilling your order (not the staff at SDX), we will be passing on your address and contact information directly to the seller. We have informed the seller that they cannot retain this information after filling your order, in respect to GDPR requirements.
